Virtual Machine error pop up

hi community,

im not sure if anyone else has had this issue but every once in a while a windows 10 vm decides to show this pop up and it freezes but if I restart the thin client it goes away and the vm continues im not sure of its the vm or the thin client? I've attached the image.

That looks like a thin client error. You're going to have to open a support case with whomever that vendor is.
