The company has previously purchased a permanent license for VMWARE. How do I download VCSA?

Find out the account to which the license has been registered.

You either need to use this account, or have you portal admin assign appropriate permissions to your account.

A license account previously registered with VMWare cannot be logged in to the Broadcom official website.

In this case I'd suggest that you contact Broadcom support (https://support.broadcom.com/web/ecx/software-contact-support).

Make sure that you have your previous account details (email address, entitlement ID, etc.) ready when you call support.
