  • 1.  VCF Management Domain with multiple Clusters

    Posted 7 days ago

So I am looking at how I can fit VCF into my existing setup, right now I have a dedicated cluster for Management and dedicated clusters for Applications all under a single vCenter, selecting a Consolidated VCF deployment it creates Resource Groups on the Management Domain cluster and that isn't what I want as the clusters are all dedicated to specific functions. So can I do a Standard Management Domain and then create Workload clusters in the same vCenter and use SDDC Manager to automate the setup and management of the additional clusters? I found info about Workload deployment where you can create additional clusters on the same vCenter deployment.

Resource Groups on the Management Domain cluster are just logical stuff and can be removed
