vCenter VDS name unique

Hello, I have a question

 

I have a vCenter, Below is Depth.

ABC vCenter

   - Datacenter 1
         - VDS-A
         - VDS-B
   - Datacenter 2
         - VDS-A
   - Database 3

 

I'm trying to create a VDS-A under datacenter 2
There is another distributed switch with the same name. Enter unique name.

I get a message saying,

I don't think the same vCenter can generate multiple VDS names, even if the datacenter is different.

Is this right?
Where is the vmware guide document with this description?

VDS is configured in vCenter so it should always be a unique name witin this vCenter.
