Configure vCenter to enable LVM snapshots
I recently went to upgrade our vCenter instance to 8.0.2.00400 and received a warning that LVM Snapshotting wasn't available (screenshot 1). I did a df -h and none of the disks are even close to full. I wasn't able to find a straight answer online but did come across this support article: Configure vCenter to enable LVM snapshots and ran through the steps only to get yet another error (screenshots 2 and 3) which, as far as I can tell, only 1 other person in Korea has ever encountered. Has anyone else ever come across this error and/or can make a suggestion? It doesn't appear to affect daily operation and do have backups if I ignore it and something goes sideways.
