vCenter 8 from vCenter 7 upgrade is failing with timeout

Hello Experts,

We are upgrading our vCenter 7 to vCenter 8 and the upgrade is failing with time out and the installation logs logs the following error : 

"ovf deployment failed after 3600000 ms passed in which no response from the server was received"

Is this something related to domain as our ESXI host not joined to the domain but we can resolve the ESXI hostname with nslookup.

Can you confirm that DRS is set to manual, to ensure that the newly deployed vCSA does not get powered on on another ESXi host?
