vCenter 8 and SNMP

Hi All, Just wanted to know  if it is possible to monitor all alerts generated from vCenter 8 using SNMP. Can we configure a SNMP target in vCenter and configure SNMP target to send alert emails. Can we capture the SNMP traps for both ESXi Hosts and vCenter Appliance itself ?

Yes, you can have vCenter send SNMP traps for alarms.  You'll need to edit the alarms you want to send traps.
