I have a single file to restore under my documents from the VCB backup image.
My question is .... I want the current state of VM.... and I want one particular file from the VCB backup image taken a week ago...
To get that file on the backup:
1. Will i have to restore the VM to its state a week ago using the image and loose current state ?
2. Or, restore the backup image as a new VM and then copy that file to the actual VM.
