    Hello,

a couple of things come to mind initially:

    1)reboot

2)Have your run out of disk space on your VCMS and/or database server

    3) reinstall

Is this a new install that has never worked or is this an existing install that all of a sudden ran into problems? If existing be sure to backup your database of you try a reinstall.

    Thanks for your reply.

I have rebooted 2 times without success

I have checked disk space and we have enough

I'd like not to reinstall. It's not a new install, It's been working for some time and now we are running into problems.

    Hello,

Can you run this installer again, or go to add/remove programs, and do a repair/re-install over top?

The only thing to watch out for is the question asking about the DB. Be sure to not overwrite the database.

this should allow you to reinstall without deleting the history and settings you already have in place. If there are no other suggestions it might be your only option. If you are reluctant to do this then maybe wait a bit to see what others say.

    Hello, Thanks again,

It finally seemed to be a Database Issue, so we decided to initialize de database with ' vpsd -b'.

    Now it's working OK.

vpxd -b worked for me also

After wasting lots of time, the post about cleaning the database worked for me. Thanks a million.

before doing "vpxd -b", that's better to check if your DB user's password was expired or not...
