upgrade document

I want to upgrade vcenter and esxi 5.5 to 6.7 but i need that I want to prepare a project document describing every step.I will tell/show this to the customer. I request sample documents from professional consultant friends there. I make the necessary changes in the document. I just need a sample document. please send the professionally prepared document share to send the customer. like excel , world etc.

Good luck to you, but those of us who spent lots of time authoring such documents probably aren't just going to give them away. And asking for that type of work to just be handed to you on a platter doesn't usually go well. What's better is if you show us what you've accomplished thus far, ask for some validation, and ask where you can improve and usually that will inspire people to help you (rather than just give you).

Yeah, that's a bit cheeky. You want us to do your job. I fully agree with daphnissov that we like to support people in their work, but for that they have to do something themselves.
