I currently have vsphere client I log into daily. I want to backup my vCenter but all the docs show to use VCSA to back it up. However.. from the information below, isnt that what I currently have? it says VMware vCenter Server Appliance? so i am confused about what I have. I don't see a license for VCSA management interface. in fact when i log in it doesnst show Server Management.

You need to connect to the VCSA management interface. It's resides on a different port.

    1. Open a web browser.

    2. In the URL field, Enter https://nameof your vcenter server:5480

This will require you to have the root password for the appliance itself. This is most likely not the same username/password combo you use to log into vCenter normally.
