    Hi, static mac address have a range, but I am not sure about the exact range. Also, can someone please help me out here.

    thanks for the reply. I am kind of confused with the stattic mac address. WIll 00:50:56:00:00:59 - Is this a valid mac ?

    Also, till what range i can go. I am confused with hex and decimals

    That would be a valid mac address.

    all of the hex characters would work: 0-9A-F:

    00:50:56:00:00:00 to 00:50:56:FF:FF:FF

    Sorry to ask a - but from what range to what range will be valid in terms of decimal ?
