KB85278 says that to decom our usage meters I need to delete their registrations from the commerce portal. However, our VCPP contract was ended before I was able to do this. I can still log in to the commerce portal, but when I go to "Usage Meter Instances" to remove the usage maters from that screen, it says, "To manage Usage Meter instances, opt in Auto Reporting via vCloud Usage Insight in your profile first." I obviously can't do this since we no longer have a VCPP contract.
I tried to open a support ticket, but I can't do that either because there are no longer any cloud products asociated with my account...because we no longer have a VCPP contract.
I'm stuck in a catch-22! Is there a solution to this?
