  • 1.  unable to create a new VM

    all of a sudden started getting this error when trying to create a  New VM 

     

    VCSA version: 7.0.3.00100

     

     

    A general system error occurred: PBM error occurred during PreCreateCheckCallback: Connection refused: The remote service is not running, OR is overloaded, OR a firewall is rejecting connections.

    first please check whether your host is connected with the vCenter Server or not. 

    you can follow this kb Restarting the Management agents in ESXi (1003490) (vmware.com)

     

    I also face this kind of problem and solved follow this one.
