I was unable to log into my Vsphere client earlier, gave a password error on a known good password.

Restarted VCSA server ad now all I get is an error " vSphere CLient could not connect to "xxxx-vcsa.xxxc.com" An unknown connection error occurred (the server could not interpret the client's request.(the remote server returned an error (503) Server Unavailable).

Restarting vCenter may take some time until everything is fully loaded. Wait 15-20 minutes after the reboot. If the 503 error still occurs after 20-30 minutes, I would recommend logging in to VCSA via SSH (or via RDP if you are using a Windows vCenter) and checking that the "vmware-vpxd"and "vsphere-client" services are running. If not, start these services manually.

    See KB article for VCSA:

    VMware Knowledge Base

    Or for vCenter on Windows:

The message indicates that your account while authenticated, has no permissions within vCenter.
    What version are you running?

Is this available on your wider campus network? could it have been breached?
Are you using the correct account?

You will need someone with the local admin to go in and confirm you to have permissions at the highest level.

If not, they will need to be added and mostly likely check the box to also apply the permissions to child objects. They will have to determine which Role you should get depending on what you need.
