Unable to connect to the MKS... on Web Client

When attempting to connect to the remote console I see this error:

Unable to connect to the MKS: Could not connect to pipe \\. \pipe\vmware-authdpipe

 

I'm running 4 hosts, and the above error occurs when I try to open the Console of VMs in just 2 hosts.

All four hosts are not blocked by a firewall.

And NTP setting and DNS are normal.

Another strange thing is that even if click the "Web console", VMRC will run, and even if try after remove VMRC, I'll see 'VMRC install need' message....

 

What should I do?
