There is no more space for virtual disk

I get the attached error when opening some virtual servers. no snapshot on vms. Also, datastore 3.7 TB free . I cant open vm and sometimes vm is going to shutdown. and also veeam cant backup the vms  because veeam 7 says snapshot is not working

Your screenshot suggests there is a snapshot on this VM. Also, you're horridly outdated and also unsupported.
