I've just published an update to the Unofficial Fusion for Apple Silicon Companion guide. It's chock full of new goodies to keep up with changes to both Fusion and various guest operating system releases. - Information on running Arch Linux in a Fusion VM has been updated (spoiler alert: it now works).
- Updated recommendations on how to obtain Windows 11 ARM installation media.
- New topics related to boot failures of Windows 11 23H2 and earlier with virtual hardware version 22.
- New topics on mouse pointer anomalies and memory leaks with Fusion 25H2.
- A new topic about failures of the vmtoolsd service to start on Windows 11.
- Updates for the release of Fusion 26H1, Ubuntu 26.04 LTS, and Fedora 44.
- New information about sharing printers with guests when using NAT networking.
- Removal of archived topics for Fedora 40, Fedora 41, and Debian 11 "bullseye" due to end-of-support dates for their respective distributions.
