I am having some strange issues in VCenter and it seems to be permission based.  I have set up a group with the administrator role on a specific folder, call it "Windows Tools", where we have multiple Windows servers.  They can do 99 percent of what they need to do but the 1 percent that they cant do is impactful.  They cant change VLANS and they cant mount a ISO.  The one caveat to this is that I do not have access to PowerCLI yet.  Its a very locked down environment and I am working on getting access to that.  My team lead can use PowerCLI but is on vacation this week.  The attached screenshot shows what he sees when he tries to browse networks to moved the VM from one network to another.  Any help would be awesome.

Threads should be created in the area specific to the product, such as vSphere in this case, Moderators should move your thread now I’ve reported it.

     ,

It could be a permission or a UI issue as well. If you have access to ESXi host UI(root login) where this VM resides, I would suggest trying to perform the same from there.
