Storage vMotion Best Priactice

According to the Frank Denneman article it says even though you can use mgmt network for Storage vMotion, its recommended not to because MGMT network isn't secure. I was not able to find any documentation backing this up.  My company is thinking of changing to just MGMT network for both MGMT and vMotions... should this be an issue?

Could be a cause of security concern since the contents of the guest operating system’s memory is transmitted over the network during vMotion and the management network is the least secure network. Otherwise, it should not be a problem for smaller environments wherein the Management and vMotion network is not supposed to generate much traffic.
