SNMP ESXi V2c

Hello - I've been trying to find a way to only send SNMP V2c alerts out of the ESXi host.  The configuration guide seems to combine version V1 and V2c together, there doesn't seem to be a way to force only V2c alerts, I do see an option for V3. 

Am I missing something here, is that even possible to send just V2c?

From the documentation: You configure the agent differently depending on whether you want to use SNMP v1/v2c or SNMP v3. I think the last "or" is important. So it's either v1/v2c OR v3.
