SHD VCG Update missing

Hi All

I have deployed latest SHD 4.0.5 and notice that "VCG Update" tab is missing. Then I update other SHD appliance to latest version and VCG Update still is there but showing error "VCG database update service is unavailable. Please try  later."

Looks like that VCG Database is removed from latest SHD appliance?
