How can we move the VM from shared storage(VMotion) to local data store?

Given that vMotion has already been configured, simply right-click the VM in vCenter Server, and select Migrate. There you'll find an option to migrate the VM to another datastore. Note that in case you have Essentials Plus - which doesn't include Storage vMotion - you need to select the migrate both strorage and compute option.
