Scheduled a New Tasks show failed

I use Scheduled Tasks to Clone to virtual machine.

but it's failed.

as show in the picture

this issue about snapshot.

Whether this operation supports snapshots？

If support.

How should I solve this problem?

If you're trying to quiesce the guest (as your screenshot indicates), you probably have a VSS failure inside Windows. Look at the event viewer to see where the failure is coming from. These types of VSS failures can sometimes be tricky to troubleshoot, so if you want help identifying the precise cause you'll need to provide a lot more information (ESXi host version and build, VMware tools version installed, OS version, etc.)

ESXi host version is 6.5

VMware Tools has been installed

Guest OS is Windows Server 2012 R2

I see an MSDTC error and Disk1 has been surprise removed  in the Windows event log  at  Scheduled Tasks time.

don't have VSS error
