    Hi,

    Please replace RDP related DLL file from any working server of same OS version...

    Please try these wo steps

    1.Restart the Vm's

    2.Resize the Vm's

    in many cases it is seen if you update VM tool via update manager it works file in Ver. 4.1 or 5.0
