  • 1.  PSC HA failover not working

    Hi,

I deployed two PSCs behind a Netscaler LB but when testing and see how it works, it actually doesn't work. If I take one of the PSC nodes offline I cannot access the web client portal anymore because vCenter keeps trying to connect the failed PSC.

I noticed that it kinda creates a sticky connection to this PSC and never tries to go to the other one. The Netscaler is configured correctly and sees the failed PSC as being offline.

I have followed the articles from VMware site to configured this, and right now I'm out of options.

Any advice will be much appreciated.

    Thanks,

Is vCenter pointing to the virtual IP of your LB or directly to the backend IP of the PSC? Needless to say, vCenter needs to access the external virtual IP on your LB for transparent failover to work.

vCenter is pointing to the VIP of the LB and it connects and everything.
