    hi

    im set time from time configuration on vmware and set time

    but when login to ssh and run date command show another time

    but in vmware > configuration > time configuration time is correct

    and ntp is run

    try restarting management network

    okie, could you please share /var/log/syslog.log file, also meanwhile try restarting ntpd service /etc/init.d/ntpd restart

    is it possible to send the complete file, or follow this link yourself and confirm whether you have sync done correctly?

    Configuring ntp in esxi is quite tricky.... I also struggled a lot... but in 4.1 timeframe..

    what is the command output of ntpdate and ntpq..... from esxi console..

    If commands are not available copy these binary in esxi  /bin folder...if doesn't work let me know.
