    after the base os install

    disks and controllers

    E: 50GB controller1

    L: 50GB controller1

    T: 150GB controller1

    S: 15GB controller0

    I: 50GB controller 2

    R: 50GB controller 2

any idea how I can do this?

With the New-ScsiController and the New-Harddisk cmdlets.

Seriously, what exactly are the requirements?
    Are these harddisks shared?

    the disk are not shared.

after the server come online, I have to add those extra disks in

maybe a script/function that takes parameters?

I assume there is already at least 1 harddisk and 1 controller on those VMs?

You also mentioned Windows drive letters, that is something that needs to be done inside the Guest OS.
