  • 1.  PowerCLI - can i add an LDAP user to a Group in vCenter?

    Hello,

We are trying to automate a process in company to accelerate new user on-boardings.

We were able to use Powershell/PowerCLI to create and customize virtual machines but we need now, to:

    - Add an LDAP user to a group already created, with Console access only.

I'd like to know, if we can do this using PowerCLI?

    Thank you in advance

I assume you mean an SSO group?
Unfortunately, those SSO API are not public.

There is the module VMware.vSphere.SSOAdmin, which was updated today, but it doesn't contain a Set-SsoGroup function yet.
You might open an issue with that request at the repository.
