Please bring back VMware!

Broadcom's injestion of VMware has to be the biggest debacle I can remember in 30 years in IT and 20 as a VMware customer.  It has been over two months since the migration of support to Broadcom.com yet the support site is still unuseable short of being able to b!tch on these forums. 

I still have no entitlements and no ability to download software which was all good right before this migration.  Whenever I try to go to the VMware support page it links me back to the old vmware site which links me to this awesome customer support notification.. circle of madness

Starting approximately Sunday, May 5, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. (PDT), VMware customers should use the Broadcom Support Portal for all of their self-service licensing and support needs.


If you are an End User Computing (EUC) customer, please refer to this knowledge base article for information regarding system and tool migration to EUC hosted systems.

Please bring back VMware! I'm sure nobody at Broadcom even monitors these forums but at least I got to b!tch!

I feel it, man!

Eat the subscription model, fine fine... Deal with a more convoluted ticketing system, sure, whatever.

But, we need that self-service basic functionality back!

I can't even go to the old forums so LucD can do my job anymore!

I agree with you and you are not the only one..

I feel so stupid trying to get my vmware license keys and download products from Broadcom portal.

No way to obtain the Site ID for workstation products and the transition has been managed very badly.

I wonder to know how to get back to vmware portal now.
