My goal is to set up a ping test using Telegraf and Aria Operations 8.18.
The server name is SRV, and its IP address is 192.168.10.7.
For the Ping Check configuration in the Telegraf agent setup, should I enter 192.168.10.7 as the target? My understanding is that the Telegraf agent will ping the server's IP address, and if the server becomes unreachable, Aria should generate an alert.
I configured it this way, but I am not receiving an alert when the server is down. Do I need to configure anything else besides the server's IP address?
