orphaned and not consumed

Hiya

this host that is not respdoning, shows one LUN not consumd, that has vms on it

other hosts see it OK.. can i do anything to fix it, or best rebooting the host?

 

second issue, i now have a vm orphaned state (dont care about), needs to be deleted anyhow.

and a second vm, seemed to be renamed by "user" and is missig network card and its vmdks. (hard drives)

Please share the screenshot of the LUN status on the Esxi. If only the datastore is unmounted but LUN is connected then we can right click on Datastore and mount it back. 

For LUN in disconnected/ Offline state we can try rescanning all HBAs 1-2 times and if the LUN does not shows connected still then I suspect that the LUN has gone into inaccessible state and requires a reboot. 

For the orphaned VM issue, Is the VM on same Esxi host and same Datastore which is inaccessible? If yes then its expected behaviour. 

For fixing both issues we need to get on zoom call and fix it. It will take 30 mins to fix both the issue.

First check why host is not pingable , from vcenter server

try to restart management agent from DCUI

then try to connect host if it not work only way to reboot the host.
