  • 1.  Open cases are missing

    Hello,

    I have a Workstation Pro 17.5 license with 1-year support, which expires in Nov 2024.

    On April 3, 2024, I had opened a case about various regressions in the Snapshot Manager functionality, one of them causing Workstation to terminate/crash silently.

    My original Support Request Number is 24510156404. However, after the Broadcom transition, the new Case Number became 34137199. My issue remains unresolved, but I don't see any open case in the My Cases section.

    I already have my Site ID and it has been processed. I have access to my license and downloads, just not the open cases. It looks like the Site ID migration was incomplete.

    That's a shame, I am in almost the same situation.
    How could migration engineers do not test these functionalities?
