  • 1.  One window VM cannot be configured

    Hi one of windows server VM in ESXi6.7 cannot be configured. Edit Setting is gray in vCenter Server. please see the below screenshot. Thank you

    It says in your screenshot that the VM is “orphaned”, that’s what you need to resolve.

    Hi

    It's an orphaned VM, you must remove the VM from inventory and then register it again by browsing the datastore that VM is located.
