There is a question, does somebody knows, if Kaspersky Security for Agentless protection is supported on NSX-T as it is supported on NSX-V free license ?

I don't see Kaspersky as a vendor.

That is correct. If it is not at VMware Compatibility Guide - Networking and Security Services for NSX-T it is not supported.
