    Dear all,

    trying to deploy a VKS Supervisor namespace or a VKS cluster to an existing supervisor, deployment fails with an error,

    "No healthy k8s zone cluster could be selected"

    I checked on Aria Kubernetes Zones, Cloud Account, Supervisor config, and all looks good.

    Thnx

    @afragop672,

    This error quite generic and indicates that VMware Aria Automation or Tanzu cannot find a healthy Supervisor Cluster or Kubernetes Zone that meets deployment criteria, often due to readiness or resource issues.

    Troubleshooting Steps:

    - Check Supervisor Cluster Health in vSphere Client for alarms or control plane issues.

    • Verify Node Readiness using `kubectl get nodes`.
    • Ensure Resource Availability (CPU, memory, storage) and review vSphere HA settings
    • Validate Kubernetes Zone Configuration in Aria Automation, including cloud account links and placement policies.
    • Review Events and Logs in vCenter and Aria Automation for specific failure causes.
    • Confirm Network Setup (NSX Edge, load balancers) is healthy.
    • Re-sync Cloud Account - in Aria Automation if all else looks fine.

    If unresolved, share full logs and environment details.
