NFS configuration help needed

Hi

Just a question on NFS. From what I understand only one tcp session is ever created no matter how many nics in a bond. If I had a vswtich with one nic but several vmkernels and several datastores would/could they all create their own individual session over that NIC?

with it being a 1 Gb NIC i would expect throughhput of around 120MBps therefore if I had a scenario of 3 datastores with 3 vmkernels using the one NIC and as long as the combined usage never when over the max throughput wouyld this be a sufficient set up? obviously without redundancy though.
