  • 1.  new vcenter6 install - nothing showing

    Hi guys.

    New vcenter install. Running vcenter appliance. I can login with the SSO administrator account administrator@domain.local, however, nothing shows IE: no actions or permissions it seems.

    Logging in with the old tick client gives me all the options (create datacenter, add hosts etc).

    What's going on?

    Have you tried restarting the VCSA VM or inventory service on the VM?

    It looks like an issue with the inventory service or permissions etc

    Tried restarting the service. No change.

    Whenever I select anything, nothing shows in the middle boxes. I have no actions for anything...

    Any other suggestions?

    Do you get any errors on the top of the page when logging in?

    Hi,

    Please try to login using administrator@vsphere.local account first, it will show you all the inventory and then give the administrator privilege to administrator@domain.local user.
