Multiple VSphere Servers

I have a quick question.

Currently we have 1 vsphere server with a SQL 2005 DB on a physical Server.

I have a second Vsphere server license available. Can I use this license to create a second physical VSphere server at our DR HotSite and still maintain the all the same information?

The only problem I am seeing here is that the DB on the active side will not match the DB at the DR Site. Can the info be synched or do I simply have to setup daily/weekly SQLdumps and Restores to the DR site to keep the database up to date?

You can do it on VMware level - for example with Veeam Backup & Replication. Or you can do it on SQL server level - in this case forget that you have virtual servers and treat them like physical.
