  • 1.  modify host without vcenter

    My vcenter server is dying a painful and slow death.

    Is there a way to enable modification of hosts from the hosts themselves or potentially a web gui?

    You can manage the isolated hosts.

    What version of esxi and vcenter?

    VDS or standard switch?

    Diego thank you for getting back to me so quick!

    I'm actually going to go about this a different way.

    The server was having an issue with a iscsi drive causing some madness but that was resolved.

    But I am going to actually work on virtualizing  the vcenter application since the machine is fairly old.
