    Posting here because they deleted the thread in water cooler.  It's completely unacceptable that weeks after the migration, we still don't have access to our paid software entitlements.

    Free?  Sure, no problem, understand.  Paid?  Sorry, that should have been a go/no-go criteria for the migration.

    I completely agree, Dave.  I've only been able to download from the "for personal use" pages.  I have over 1 year left on my 3 year support contract for Workstation, but this site claims I don't have any contracts.  **** corporate raiders!

    Hello, we have a similar problem. after migrating the account from vmware to broadcom, we do not have the keys to the legally purchased products, nor the possibility of downloading the purchased software. It is not possible to enter a ticket to solve this problem on support, if an error appears, contact the administrator. Is there any solution to have access to the licensing and sw download section again?

    In the same boat here, have setup profile and done everything else listed in documentation.  Put in a request for access with siteid, no response, put in support ticket, no response.

    Wow they deleted the thread? Embarrassing. Like many others I'm unable to access anything I've ever bought from VMware. This whole affair screams of non-technical people saying go ahead on starting a process that was miles away from being adequately prepared for. Good to see we are in good hands. Wonder if any ex-VMware people left because of the mess.

    Correcting my post to avoid undue criticism - it was moved to the customer care forum where there are many threads with a large number of responses.  This is clearly a widespread problem.  Still can't believe that anyone greenlighted the migration without having tested this.

    Same for me. Nothing after two days and completely unacceptable.
