    Hi,

It has already happened to me and I managed it with Veeam backup Veeam and the 9.5 "Veeam Explorer for Microsoft SQL Server" replica.

    Hi,

The method I have indicated requires the installation of Veeam Backup & Replication 9.5 and related SQL features (if you want we can deepen it). By doing further research, I found this post that could work in your case too:

Adding RDMs to VMware SQL Cluster

It depends where your RDM is coming from. Maybe it's possible to convert the RDM to an in-guest iSCSI disk. Or convert the RDM to a shared disk on vSAN: vSAN 6.7 - Introducing WSFC support on vSAN! - Virtual Blocks
