  • 1.  Migrating a VM placed on vVol datastore at source by HCX to VCF 9.0 VMFS

    Hi All,

    I have to migrate VM's disks placed on vVol datastore at source VCF 5.x to the VCF 9.0 VMFS based datastore using VMware HCX (latest version). I like to understand whether VMs placed in the vVol datastores can be migrated using HCX or not.

    what are the supported HCX migration profiles?

    All migration types should be supported except for RAV.
