    Hi,

    Anyone has any idea about these messages:

    Memory map contains over lapping ranges.

    Multiboot memmap contains overlapping ranges.

    Server: HP DL980 G7 - 64 x 8 GB Memory

    ESXi 5.5 U3 (Any build)

    Hello,

    I know I am replying to this post very late, these messages indicate an issue with hardware, it would be great that in future to run an intensive memory test over a min 24hr, most server manufacturers have a boot CD for that, or use Memtest86+

    Please contact Server hardware vendor to further analyze this information and you can forward Server logs so they have where to start looking.
