    How can I clear this?

    Initiated an upload last week - VMware was able to assist but Skyline is stuck in this upload.

    FYI - I restarted the collector but it did not clear the stalled Log Assist upload indicator.

    Any body with thoughts?

    FYI - Updating to 2.4 did not clear the stalled entry either.

    Hi,

    Please login to the collector UI (https://collector_ip), go to configuration tab and remove the endpoint for which you initiated log transfer. Once done, Ideally log request should fail and you can reconfigure the endpoint. Also Please share your contact & collector details using the link below for further assistance, if required.

    Hi,

    Please go to the log assist tab and click 're validate'. Verify the status of the removed vCenter in log assist after re validation.

    We have failed the 'in progress' log generation from the back end.
