I recently misconfigured my NAS when adding additional storage, and I need to move my iSCSI targets from the current pool over to a new pool temporarily while I reconfigure the original pool. This is in a lab environment using FreeNAS as the NAS and ESXi 5 hosting the VMs. The iSCSI targets are on the FreeNAS zpool currently and I need to get them moved over to the temporary zpool on the same server.
Is there a good eval tool to perform this function? It may be something that is better fixed on the back-end, but just wondered if there was a VMWare product that could accomplish the same thing.
