installing Agent on windows NT4

    Hi all!

    when I'm runing the command hq-agent.bat start, I got the next error :

    The dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll could not be found in the specified path
    C:\Program files\agent-4.1.0\wrapper\sbin.

    I don't understand why it doesn't work however it is working on another machine like
    windows 2000. Perhaps it's because NT4 is older?
