In addition to violating Apple's licensing agreements for macOS and Broadcom's licensing agreements against modification of the software, you may find that macOS won't quite work right even if you do manage to get it installed. No 3D support is chief among them. You would be essentially running a "Hackintosh" with all the associated limitations and potential security exposures.
Intel Macs are dead and macOS on Intel is on its way out. I wouldn't bother.

VMware Workstation has never supported macOS guests because it would entail violating Apple's EULA.
