    Greetings,

got an interesting problem. Fresh install of VMWare 6.5U1 from HP Custom ISO image on new HP Proliant BL460c Gen9 blade server.

Installation to iSCSI HBA on HP MSA 2040 SAN. Software loads fine, server reboots to continue installation, installation finishes fine with "ESC to restart the server".

No ISO /CD-ROM loaded in the server at that stage.

After reboot (from iSCSI HBA LUN) standard login screen comes up. I login with default user and password, disable IPv6 , set DNS, etc. and then reload the server.

And here's an interesting thing comes up - installer loads again and starts endless loop of OS install, re-install and so on..

So, basically first startup is fine, any reload causes an endless install loop.

Anyone has any idea what this could be?

    Thanks,

    Ilya
