  • 1.  How to image VM with guest OS Windows 2008 R2

    I need to image the existing VM with guest OS  W2008 R2. When I tried to VMware Vcenter converter 4.3 it is giving an error unable to obtain hardware information for the selected machine vmware converter.

    Is there a way to fix this issue.

    how about convert from the ESXi level instead of the guest OS level, with that in place you will not be restricted by the firewall. Try to select source from ESXi hosts.
